3 tablespoons olive oil
1 orange
1/2 lemon , juice of
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon flour
salt , pepper and sugar ( to taste )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
2.Season the pork slices with salt, pepper and flour.
3.Heat oil in a large skillet and cook the pork for 2 minutes each side.
4.Remove pork from skillet and set aside.
5.Cut 1/2 an orange into thin slices and place them in the skillet.
6.Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
7.Add the pork back to the skillet and place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
