1 garlic clove , minced | |
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise | |
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground white pepper | |
salt |
1. | Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). |
2. | In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, white pepper, and salt. |
3. | Spoon the mixture into a 1 quart baking dish. |
4. | Bake for 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. |
5. | Serve hot with pita wedges, bread, or crackers. |
