1 lb fresh tomatoes or can diced tomatoes with juice
1 lb green beans , cleaned and cut into 2 & quot , pieces
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground coriander
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat oil to medium-high heat
2.Add beef, salt, and pepper and cook until beef is browned on all sides
3.Add garlic, cumin, and coriander and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly
4.Add tomatoes and their juices and bring everything to a boil
5.Reduce heat and cover pot, simmering for 1 hour until beef is tender
6.Add green beans and cook for another 10-15 minutes until green beans are tender
