1 cup semi-pearled cracked farro , picked over for any stones and debris and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup onion , diced
1/3 cup orange bell pepper , diced
1 garlic clove , minced
1/3 cup marmalade
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups hot water

Instructions
