Ingredients

4 lamb chops , 1/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove , minced

3 -4 medium tomatoes , chopped
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
10 ounces frozen asparagus spears ( or fresh if you prefer )

Instructions
