Ingredients

2 1/2 cups cold milk
6 tablespoons rose syrup
3 tablespoons basil seeds , soaked for 4 hours
4 tablespoons sugar
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
2 cups water
1 1/4 cups ice water

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix cornflour and water until smooth and keep it aside.

4.Cook on low heat for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cold.
5.Once cooled, mix in the rose syrup and basil seeds to the milk mixture.
6.Take a tall glass and spoon half of the basil seed mixture into the glass.
7.Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and spoon on the remaining basil seed mixture over it.
8.Top off the glass with ice water and mix gently.
9.Serve cold and enjoy!
