2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup or ( 10 3/4 ounce ) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup melted butter or 3/4 cup margarine
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Mix hash browns and onions together in a large bowl.
3.In a small bowl, combine the soup and sour cream and pour over the hash brown mixture.

5.Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
6.In another bowl, combine crushed corn flakes and melted butter and spread over the top of the hash brown mixture.
7.Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
8.Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
9.Remove foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
