2 cups white wine
2 cups chicken stock
4 peppercorns
1 teaspoon capers
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.In a food processor, puree garlic and red pepper. Set aside.
3.In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 3 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
4.In the same skillet, add flour, onion, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add bay leaf, paprika, wine, chicken stock, peppercorns, capers, and salt. Bring to a boil.
5.Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
6.Remove cover and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.
