Ingredients

3 cups boiled rice , washed and soaked in water for at least 6 hours
1/2 cup fenugreek seeds , washed and soaked in water for at least 6 hours ( methi )
salt
1/2 cup sesame seed oil

Instructions

4.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spread some sesame seed oil on the skillet.
5.Pour a ladle full of batter onto the skillet. Spread it evenly in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
6.Cook until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for a few seconds.
7.Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
