8 slices fully ripened tomatoes
8 garlic cloves , minced
8 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2.Cut 8 sheets of foil (1 sheet per serving) and place them on a baking sheet
3.Place 1 slice of feta in the center of each piece of foil, followed by 1 slice of tomato, and 1 minced garlic clove.
4.Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each serving.
5.Sprinkle each serving with a pinch of oregano and red pepper flakes.
6.Fold up the foil packets and place them on the baking sheet.
