3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cans pinto beans , drained and rinsed
10 ounces frozen corn
6 scallions , thinly sliced
8 flour tortillas
2 cups monterey jack cheese , shredded
salsa ( optional )
sour cream ( optional )
