Sesame Chicken is a popular dish in Chinese-American cuisine, typically consisting of battered chicken, stir-fried with vegetables, and coated in a sweet and savory sauce. In this recipe, we've skipped the batter and stir-fry steps and instead opted for a simpler preparation that is just as flavorful. This version of Sesame Chicken is inspired by the recipe from a popular Chinese restaurant chain, Evergreen, and has been adapted to be easy to make at home with minimal ingredients but with maximum flavor.

Instructions

1.Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
2.In a large bowl, mix together the sesame oil and soy sauce.

4.In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, water, and brown sugar.
5.In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
6.Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, coating it well, and then add it to the frying pan.
7.Cook the chicken until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
