Ingredients

1 packet active dry yeast
1/4 cup water , lukewarm 110 degree F , C
1 egg , beaten
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk , warm
6 tablespoons butter , melted
4 -5 cups flour

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast into warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.

3.Gradually mix in flour, until a soft dough forms.
4.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
5.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and allow it to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6.Preheat the oven to 350° F.
7.Transfer the dough into a greased 9 x 5-inch bread pan and let it rise for 30 minutes.
8.Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
