1/2 teaspoon cardamom
3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 green chile pepper , chopped
2 pounds fresh collard greens , cut into 2-inch pieces

Instructions

1.Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and add the margarine, onion, garlic, and chile pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.

3.Add the cut collard greens and cover with a lid. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the greens are wilted but still slightly crunchy.
4.Add cottage cheese, and mix well, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is warmed through.
