Ingredients

2 cups fresh fava beans , washed
6 cups water
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups red onions , chopped
1 tablespoon garlic , minced
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Rinse and boil the fava beans in a pot of water for 10 minutes.
