Instructions

1.Add the flour, water, milk, egg, yeast, sugar, garlic salt and italian seasoning to the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2.Select the dough setting on the bread machine and press start.
3.Once the dough has finished mixing and has risen, remove it from the bread machine and knead on a floured surface for a few minutes.
4.Grease a loaf pan and place the dough into it.
5.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
6.Brush the melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
7.Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
8.Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
