Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, toss the jicama strips with the lime juice and sour orange juice until well coated.
2.Add in the diced cucumber, mandarin orange sections, chopped dried chilies, and cilantro, folding the ingredients gently to combine.
3.Season the salad with salt to taste, and transfer to a serving platter to chill before serving.
