Ingredients

1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups all-purpose flour or 2 cups unbleached flour
1 tablespoon milk

3 chocolate coated english chocolate-covered english toffee bars , crushed ( I use about 1/3 of a package of the skor bar pieces , found by the chocolate chips in the grocery sto )
powdered sugar ( for coating the cookies after baking )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

5.Add the milk and vanilla and mix until well combined.
6.Fold in the crushed chocolate coated english toffee bars.
7.Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
8.Place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
9.Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
10.Roll the warm cookies in powdered sugar until well coated.
11.Place the cookies on a wire rack to cool completely.
