Ingredients

400 g plain white flour
12 g salt
40 g sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
50 g butter
25 g dried yeast
220 ml water
80 g sultanas
60 g mixed peel
1 egg , lightly beaten

Instructions

6.Roll out the dough and cut out circles.
7.Place circles on tray, cover, and let rise for 15 minutes.
