Instructions

5.Gradually stir in the reserved cooking water and cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thickened and smooth.
6.Stir in the cooked peas and onions and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
7.Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or mint.
