Instructions

5.Preheat oven to 375°F. In a blender, combine milk, cilantro, egg substitute, salt, tomatillos, green chilies, and reserved 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Process until smooth.
6.Heat tortillas according to package instructions. Fill each tortilla with an equal amount of chicken mixture, and roll up. Place enchiladas seam-side down in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour milk mixture over enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
