2 cups skirt steaks , cut into about 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper , to taste
4 ounces cream cheese , room temperature
1 cup green onion , chopped
1/2 cup green chili pepper , roasted and chopped
1/2 cup pine nuts , crushed
oil ( for frying )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, pineapple juice, and pepper.

6.Fry the wontons in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
