Ingredients

1 lb flank steak ( I also use stew meat , or what I have on hand )
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large green onions , chopped

Instructions
