Instructions

1.In a blender, add fresh lime juice, chopped fresh thyme leaves, chopped green onions, chopped fresh parsley leaves, minced onion, brown sugar, crushed bay leaves, ground allspice, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, coriander seed, seeded scotch bonnet peppers, minced garlic, minced fresh ginger, salt, fresh ground black pepper, vegetable oil, soy sauce, and lime juice. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
2.Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-high heat.
3.Slice the pork tenderloins vertically down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open each half of the tenderloin like a book.
