3/4 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 lbs leftover cooked pot roast , shredded
2 cans crushed tomatoes , and their juices
1 cup leftover pot roast gravy or 1 cup reduced beef stock
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 lb fettuccine
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

5.Add the shredded pot roast, crushed tomatoes, pot roast gravy or beef stock, heavy cream, and parsley, and stir to combine.
6.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.Simmer over low heat, uncovered, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
8.Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
9.Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
10.Drain the pasta and toss with the Bolognese sauce.
11.Serve the pasta hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
