Creton is a French-Canadian meat dish that is popular in Quebec and other French-speaking regions. Traditionally, the dish is made by simmering pork and spices in milk to create a thick paste-like spread. However, this version by Emeril Lagasse has been simplified by using ground pork and breadcrumbs to create a smooth and flavorful dip that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
