12 elderflower heads
1 liter water
500 g jam sugar
2 lemons ( freshly squeezed )
2 oranges ( freshly squeezed )

Instructions

1.Place the elderflower heads and water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.

7.Boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
8.Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
9.Skim off any foam.
10.Pour the jelly into sterilized jars.
11.Let cool to room temperature before covering and refrigerating until set.
