Ingredients

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

8.Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
9.Pour thickener over the baked pie. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes to brown the topping. Serve hot or cold.
