1 teaspoon nescafe red mug instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons maggi coconut milk powder
200 ml chilled milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons ice cubes , crushed
1/2 tablespoon sugar
50 ml fresh pineapple juice

Instructions

1.In a glass, mix the coffee granules, coconut milk powder, and sugar together with 50ml of hot water.
2.Stir vigorously until everything is well dissolved.
3.In another glass, pour in the chilled milk, fresh pineapple juice and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
4.Add the crushed ice, followed by the coffee mixture into the glass and stir for a few seconds.
5.Garnish with a slice of pineapple or mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
