8 eggs , beaten
4 ounces butter
1 small onion , sliced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 green chili , sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tomatoes , cut into wedges
1 tablespoon coriander leaves

Instructions

5.Add turmeric and scramble to your preferred consistency, for 2-3 minutes.
6.Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
