2 links pork sausage , Chinese , slice half moon
3 links liver sausage , duck , Chinese , slice half moon
1 1/2 lbs barbecued pork , Chinese and slice small cubes
1/8 cup shrimp , dried and presoak
6 black mushrooms , Chinese , presoak and 1/4-inch cube
1/4 cup radish , salted , Chinese , small cubes
1 cup water chestnut , 1/4-inch cube
1/4 cup bamboo shoot , soak and cut into 1/4-inch cube
1/2 cup frozen green pea
oil
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
white pepper
oyster sauce
cashew nuts

Instructions

1.Rinse the glutinous rice with cold water and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.

3.Add pork sausage, liver sausage, and barbecued pork. Keep stirring for about 2-3 minutes.
4.Add the dried shrimp, black mushrooms, and radish. Stir for another 2-3 minutes.
5.Add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, frozen peas, and cashew nuts. Mix well.
6.Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, white pepper, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
7.Keep stirring for another 5 minutes and make sure the rice is cooked and not sticking to the pan.
