Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix the ground rice with half a cup of cold milk until well combined.

3.Add the rice mixture to the pot and stir well, then increase the heat to medium and cook the pudding, stirring constantly, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon, about 20 minutes.
