1 pound ground beef
1 cup white bread crumbs
2 eggs

3/4 cup water , or as needed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1.Cut leeks into pieces and chop them in a food processor.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3.Shape mixture into small meatballs.
4.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
5.Add water, lemon juice, and butter to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
