1 small cabbage
2 shallots ( optional ) or 2 cooking onions ( optional )
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon caraway seed
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg , to taste

Instructions

1.Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks.
