Instructions

1.Place unbroken eggs in a medium-sized pot and cover with cold water. Place on a stove at medium-high and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and turn off the heat.
2.Allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water.
3.Rinse the eggs under cold water and peel them. Slice the eggs into small pieces.
