Ingredients

Instructions

6.Add in the butter, sherry wine, heavy cream, and demi-glace, stirring until combined.
7.Return the beef to the skillet and cook for an additional minute, until heated through.
8.Fry eggs over-easy in a separate pan.
9.Serve the beef tenderloin mixture topped with the fried eggs.
