Ingredients

1 medium eggplant , sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds and quartered
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin seed , crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 pieces flat bread
1 cup feta cheese , crumbled
1/2 cup kalamata olive , sliced
1 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions
