Ingredients

2 lbs eggplants , cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion , chopped
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 package puff pastry ( 2 sheets )
1/2 lb sliced ham
1/2 lb cheddar cheese or 1/2 lb gouda cheese , slices
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons fresh spearmint or 1 teaspoon dried spearmint , crumbled
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
