3 tablespoons coriander leaves , chopped

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, red pepper, chopped green chili pepper, and coriander leaves. Mix well
2.Add water little by little and knead the dough to a smooth consistency. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
3.In a skillet, heat cooking oil. Add chopped onion and saute until it turns translucent
4.Add beaten eggs and black pepper to the skillet. Mix well and scramble the eggs
5.Divide the dough into equal size balls and roll it out into a small circle.
6.Fill with scrambled egg mixture and roll it back again. Repeat the process to make all parathas.
7.Heat a non-stick skillet and cook each paratha until both sides are light brown in color.
8.Serve it hot with chutney or ketchup!
