1/2 cup water ( from the cooking pasta )
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese , grated
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley , OR
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
500 g pasta ( your choice )
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions
