Instructions

1.Grease and flour the cake pan and preheat the oven to 180°C or 160°C fan forced.
2.In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, caster sugar and stir.
3.In another bowl, add melted butter, milk, vanilla extract and vinegar.
4.Combine wet and dry mixtures and stir well to make a batter.
5.Pour the mixture into the cake pan and smooth the surface with the spatula.
