3 green chilies , -finely chopped
1 . 5 tbs oil
1 teaspoon red chili powder

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 200℃.
2.Cut off the tops of the sweet peppers and remove the seeds.
3.Season the inside of each pepper with salt, ground pepper, and oil and place them in a baking dish.
4.In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites, chopped onion, grated paneer/cheese, breadcrumbs, red chili powder and finely chopped green chilies.
5.Fill each pepper up to the brim with mixture. Drizzle oil on every stuffed pepper.
6.Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Your dish is ready.
