Ingredients

6 pita bread , split in half horizontally
1 1/2 cups frozen blanched shelled edamame
4 teaspoons olive oil , divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon coriander
2 garlic cloves , peeled
1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F

6.Add water, lemon juice and blend until smooth.
7.Spread hummus onto serving dish, drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
8.Serve with pita crisps.
