Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp , peeled and deveined
1 cup grape tomatoes , approx 20
2 lemons
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried oregano
salt
black pepper
bamboo skewer

Instructions

1.Soak bamboo skewers in water for atleast 30 minutes.
2.In a large mixing bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt and pepper to make a marinade.
3.Add shrimps to marinade and allow it to sit for atleast 10-15 minutes.
4.Skewer marinated shrimps till the tail and grape tomatoes side by side onto the bamboo skewers.
5.Preheat grill to medium high heat and grease.
6.Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimps turn pink and opaque and tomatoes are slightly charred.
7.Remove skewers from grill and serve hot.
