Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

10.Using a round cookie cutter or drinking glass, cut out 3 inch circles of dough.
11.Spoon a small amount of the prune mixture or apricot mixture onto each dough circle.
12.Fold the dough over the filling to create a triangle, pinching the edges to seal.
13.Brush the beaten egg onto the top of each triangle.
14.Sprinkle coarse sugar over the tops, if desired.
15.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
