1 cup sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup self-raising flour ( to make the slice gf suitable use equal measure of a blended gluten-free self-raising flour )
125 g butter , melted
1 can condensed milk
1 can passion fruit pulp , in syrup

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 30x20cm slice pan with melted butter or cooking spray.
2.In a large bowl, combine sugar, coconut and flour and stir together to mix well.
3.Add melted butter and stir into the flour mixture until well combined.
4.Use the back of a fork to press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
5.Combine condensed milk and passion fruit pulp in a bowl and mix until well combined. Pour the mixture over the base.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden.
7.Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the pan. Cut into slices or bars and serve.
