Easy One-Dish Beef Stroganoff is a classic, hearty dish with a Russian origin. This creamy meal is a comfort food staple during colder months, and the tender beef, mushrooms, and noodles make it heart-healthy enough to serve year-round. Traditionally, it is made with beef tenderloin, but this recipe recommends top sirloin that is more budget-friendly. The sour cream and cream cheese add a smooth and creamy texture, while the egg noodles offer a soft and tender bite. This recipe's one-pot style saves time and makes cleanup easy.

3.Pour in the French onion soup and bring the mixture to a boil.
4.Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined.
