8 ounces phyllo dough
1/2 cup butter , melted
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup pistachios , shells removed

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
2.In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil, stir in the lemon juice and orange blossom water, then remove from heat.
3.Grease a baking dish with butter and lay down the first sheet of phyllo dough, then drizzle with melted butter.
4.Repeat step 3 until you have used up half of the dough.
5.Add a layer of pistachios on top of the dough, and repeat step 3 to cover the pistachio layer.
6.Add a layer of the remaining pistachios on top of the dough, then cover with the remaining dough sheets, repeating step 3 until all the dough is used up.
7.Cut into diamond shapes, then bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden-brown.
