12 skewers
1 lb ground lamb
1 lb ground beef
2 green onions , finely chopped
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon dried mint
4 -6 garlic cloves , minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

5.Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or wrapped in pita bread with fresh tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce.
