Ingredients

1 can fat-free evaporated milk
1 cup light cream ( I used half and half here )
1 can low fat sweetened condensed milk
other flavoring ( I sprinkled in some cinnamon , but I would imagine that chocolate or something else would work here . )
Kulfi is a popular dessert in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Traditionally made by simmering milk for several hours to make rabri, and then freezing it in small clay pots called matkas, kulfi is a creamy and indulgent treat that is often enjoyed in the hot summer months. This easy kulfi recipe skips the time-consuming step of making rabri, and substitutes evaporated and light cream to create a similar texture. Sprinkling in cinnamon or other flavorings can add a unique twist to the classic dessert. This recipe is perfect for those who want to try making kulfi at home without investing in an ice cream maker.
